Join the Upper Valley Board of REALTORS®
By becoming a REALTOR you can open a whole new world in Real Estate. You will have access to the Northern New England Real Estate Network. This statewide MLS enlarges your inventory of available listings. You may take courses sponsored by the REALTOR organization that will enhance your edication in all aspects of Real Estate. You will receive a Newsletter from the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS that will help keep you up to date on the latest topics and changes in the laws of today's fast moving Real Estate industry.

You will have the opportunity to attend monthly meetings (Bylaws require each member attend a minimum of 2 meetings per year) were you will get ti know and network with other REALTORS and hear speakers on current topics of interest to our industry. In short, you will become a part of an organization deidcated to the best interests and highest ideals of your profession.

The steps to join the REALTORS are simple:

1. Complete the application form (PDF) . Return the completed form with a check per the attached bill made payable to the Upper Valley Board of REALTORS. The dues you pay includes a $150 application fee. $50 of this may be refunded upon completion of obligations within 60 days. The dues include a portion for the Nation Association of REALTORS, the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, and the Upper Valley Board of REALTORS. There is a separate dues structure for NNEREN (our Statewide MLS system).

2. When your completed application and check are received, you will be enrolled in the next Indoctrination Course which is a one-session class to inform you of the REALTOR organization, the Code of Ethics under which you will be working, Fair Housing Act, edc. The Education Chairman will be contacting you about the date, time and place. You will also be required to complete the NHAR Orientation session.

3. Your name will be presented to the general membership for 30 days for comment.

4. After the above is completed, the Board of Directors will vote on your application and you will be notified about the next meeting at which you will be inducted into the REALTOR organization.
